Order Processing
All Pre-orders except from Hong Kong (orders made between 12th Sept to 15th Oct 2024): Please allow 4-6 weeks for us to process your pre-order. You’ll receive an email 1-2 days after processing to confirm your order is on its way!
Pre-orders from Hong Kong (orders made between 12th Sept to 15th Oct 2024): Please allow 6-8 weeks for us to process your pre-order. You'll receive an email 1-2 days after processing to confirm your order is on its way!
Standard Orders: Please allow 2-5 days for us to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 days of processing to let you know your order is on the way!
Pick ups
Pre-orders only (orders made between 12th Sept to 15th Oct 2024): We will be offering pick ups for pre-orders from South Melbourne Market. An email will be sent with further details when your order is ready for pickup.
Local Delivery
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available within Melbourne and Hong Kong.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Please send an email to support@honestworkshop.com and let us know - and we can see what we can do!
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Domestic Shipping Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping for orders of $100 AUD (for domestic orders only).
Domestic shipping times:
Standard - 2 to 4 business days (Victoria)
Standard - 3 to 6 business days (Rest of Australia)
Express - 1 to 2+ business days (Victoria)
Express - 1 to 3+ business days (Rest of Australia)
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Canada and the United States.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International shipping times (excluding Hong Kong):
Standard - 10 to 20 business days
Express - 5 to 10 business days
International shipping times (Hong Kong only):
Express - 1 to 4 business days
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Honest Workshop Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
